What Visa Crafter is
Visa Crafter provides guided templates, tools, and educational content to help you prepare your own E-2 treaty investor visa application. We are not a law firm, and using our products does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Not legal advice
Our templates and guidance are based on the founder's personal experience filing two E-2 applications and general publicly available USCIS guidance. They are not a substitute for independent legal advice from a licensed attorney, and we do not guarantee any visa approval outcome. Anthony Rosemond is not an attorney licensed to practice law, and neither he nor Visa Crafter may give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
California customers
Visa Crafter is based in San Bernardino County, California. Where applicable, our services are provided in accordance with California's Immigration Consultants Act. As with all Visa Crafter services, this is self-help document preparation and general information — not legal advice or representation before USCIS, a consulate, or any court.
Digital products
Templates and tools are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final except where required otherwise by law.
Coaching plans
Coaching is sold as a prepaid term (single session, 3, 6, or 12 months) and does not auto-renew — you're only charged once per purchase. When a term ends, you may purchase a new one if you'd like to continue. Refunds for unused sessions are handled case-by-case; contact us directly.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our templates and tools for your own application only, and not to resell or redistribute them.
Limitation of liability
Visa Crafter and its founder are not liable for any visa application outcome, delay, or denial. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to USCIS or any consulate.
